We have qualified staff that have USSF coaching licenses, UEFA coaching licenses, professional playing experience, NCAA Division 1 playing experience, NCAA Division 2 playing experience and NAIA playing experience. Private training is a way to specialize each player’s development.
We focus on each day being an exciting experience for each player. We do this by including Speed/Agility Training, Yoga, Technical Training, and Small Sided games. Players will be given periodic breaks and are expected to bring their own water/snacks for the day.
We aim to improve how each player moves while they generate force. Our plan is to create an athlete that can accelerate and decelerate efficiently while making cognitive choices to change direction.
Our training company originated in November 2021, we started this company to help players focus on their individual development in relation to their technical skills, movement off the ball, and improve their confidence.
This training program will precisely change how each player moves with and without the ball. Each player over the course of 8 weeks will demonstrate core strength, precise functional movement, and much better technical skill on the ball.

In order to do this we infuse mobility, balance and coordination work into each session. We also plan to improve how they use their power by adding resistance training when they are ready to handle it.
