Peak Training Co. collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. . This information is used by PTC for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the PTC Web site.s.

PTC collects and uses your personal information to operate the PTC Web site and deliver the services you have requested. PTC may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Camps (Weekly) Cancellation will result in a $15 of this processing fee. If cancellations within one (1) week of the start of camp starting will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
Camps (Daily) Cancellation will result in a $10 of this processing fee. If cancellations within one (1) week of the start of camp starting will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee.
Weather Policy
No refund policy due to weather related issues beyond our control. If a school district, parks and recreation organization or indoor entity closes down its facilities, we will not be rendered liable for any compensation to a group or individual participant. When you sign up for individual program offerings, we take it as fact that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Late Payment / NSF $25 per occurrence
Social Media Policy
Peak Training Co. recognizes the importance of social media in shaping the public’s perception of our organization. We also recognize the importance of our owners and trainers in leading and setting the tone of social media interactions in a manner that is acceptable to PTC standards.
Guidelines
All PTC persons shall abide by the following guidelines when using social media.
Be positive and respectful, and always take the high road. When disagreeing with others’ opinions, remain appropriate and polite. If you find yourself in a situation online that is becoming antagonistic, ask a Peak Training Co. owner for advice on how to disengage from the dialogue in a polite and respectful manner.
Do not post content that would harm or damage your reputation or that of Peak Training Co. Remember that even while you are on your own personal time, you are a representative of the training company, and people may interpret your online postings or social interactions as though they were official PTC statements.
Use good judgment when posting comments on any official Peak Training Co. sites. Bear in mind that your comments can create liability for the club. If you are unsure whether a comment is appropriate to post, do not post it.
Encourage others to engage in positive interactions on social media. If you are concerned about any of Peak Training Company’s use of social media, please bring your concerns to the attention to Dan Trosper or Rod Asllani.
Violations of the Social Media Policy
Peak Training Co. owners shall have the authority to monitor and enforce this Social Media Policy. The Officers, and any individual appointed by the Officers, shall have the authority to remove any inappropriate or offensive comments from official Peak Training Co. sites and to block any individual or organization from posting on any official social media platform if they determine that such removal or block is in the best interests of the club or persons involved.
The failure of any of the Peak Training Co. student as to adhere to this Social Media Policy shall be considered a violation, and shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of such individual’s involvement with Peak Training Company.
