Small Group Training

Our small group training classes are designed to give each player maximum benefit. Player to coach ratio is carefully considered in ensuring quality throughout the session. We prefer to have at least 2 trainers focused on a group of 15 players. We feel this will separate us from team training and other training businesses. This will allow us to give consistent specialized instruction during each activity.

 

Private Training

Class is designed around the player’s specific needs. This is precise development training. Each player has key areas of interest that they are looking to improve. We will aim to improve those areas while we enhance their balance, core strength, coordination and technique on the ball.

 
 

Camps

This is a no nonsense environment. We are interested in impacting each player every day in our camp environments. We will include flexibility, core training, strength training, developing key elements of balance, and coordination activities in each camp. This will be incorporated with a technical curriculum that is quality.

Performance & Strength Training

Our Functional Soccer Specific Performance training is designed to help players move better off the ball. We do this by creating explosive change in direction to help players in transition to attack and defend. We improve each player’s mobility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, stability as it all relates to soccer specific functions. We are soccer professionals that focus only on soccer as this relates to each player.
