Our Story

Our training company originated in November 2021, we started this company to help players focus on their individual development in relation to their technical skills, movement off the ball, and improve their confidence. 
This training program will precisely change how each player moves with and without the ball. Each player over the course of 8 weeks will demonstrate core strength, precise functional movement, and much better technical skill on the ball.

Our Philosophy

We believe in a holistic approach to developmental training. Small Group training will focus on coordination, balance, technical skill without pressure, and technical skill with pressure, and also improve their core strength. We also believe that the amount of time in a training session should be moving on task. 
Kids in our program have moved on from club soccer to professional MLS Next academies such as Dallas FC, Real Salt Lake, and Columbus Crew to name a few. We have also worked with Girls Academy and ECNL players. 

Our Methods

Each small group session consists of 4 sections. Each 8 week course has a curriculum that we follow vigorously.

Activation: Part 1

5-10 minutes of speed and agility work to improve the balance, coordination, and motors skills.

Technical (Unopposed): Part 2

15-25 minutes of technique taught on the ball to be successful and build confidence.

Technical (Opposed): Part 3

15-25 minutes of pressure on the ball while working on technique taught within part 2.

Core/Strength: Part 4
5-10 minutes of core and strength work that is specific to the function of the game.
